Kerri Harting is the heart and driving force behind Eagle Eye Farm. A physician, mother, and entrepreneur, Kerri has built a life that celebrates resilience, reinvention, and the beauty of connection: to nature, to animals, and to purpose.

What began as a simple visit to an alpaca farm in northern Minnesota evolved into something far greater, a vision for a place where people could slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. Under Kerri’s leadership, Eagle Eye Farm has grown into a thriving agritourism destination where visitors experience peace, laughter, and an immediate sense of belonging.

Beyond the animals and pastures, Kerri is deeply passionate about leadership and building strong, empowered teams. She believes in cultivating a supportive environment where her staff can learn, grow, and lead with heart. Together, they’ve created a place filled with kindness, purpose, and excellence; one that continues to expand in both experiences and impact.

In addition to running the farm, Kerri owns and operates All Things Sheared, the on-site farm store; Soaring Bee Apiary, where she produces honey and beeswax candles; and Farmgirl Fab Skincare, a skincare and lifestyle brand inspired by nature and self-care. She also leads a growing community through her work with Nu Skin, helping others embrace confidence, wellness, and opportunity.
