Refund policy

Tour Refund Policy

For public guided tours: no refunds if within 48 hours of the tour. $15 refund greater than 48 hours before the tour.

For self-guided tours: no refunds will be given, but you can come on a different day.

For private tours: no refunds within 5 days of the tour. $75 processing fee if cancel greater than 5 days prior to the tour.

Merch Refund Policy

We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. Email image to: kerri@eagleeyefarm.net

Please note, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order! We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the wrong size item is ordered.
