Hi friends,

Life at Eagle Eye Farm is rarely just about the animals — although with 130+ of them, they certainly keep us busy. 😂 If you’ve been following along lately, you’ve probably noticed that I’ve been sharing a little more of my life too — what I’m doing at 51 to get stronger and healthier, the things I use every day, and even why I suddenly decided hanging from a bar was a good idea. So this week, I have something a little different to invite you to. And because this is still Eagle Eye Farm, I also want to officially introduce you to one of the personalities you’re going to be seeing a LOT more of around here. ❤️

Newborn alpaca cria at Eagle Eye Farm during baby season

You’ve been asking… so I’m finally doing it 😂

If you've been following Eagle Eye Farm for a while, you know you usually hear from me about alpacas, kangaroos, porcupines, babies and whatever chaos is happening around here on any given day.

But lately, you've been asking me about ME too. 😂

Why am I standing on a vibration plate?

What skincare am I using?

What are all those supplements I talk about?

What am I doing for gut health and healthy aging?

Why am I walking so much?

And now… why in the world am I hanging from a bar every day? 😂

So I decided to do something completely different.

I’m hosting a FREE 3-Day Skin + Wellness Experience!

It's called What I Use & Why, and it starts FRIDAY.

For three days, I'm taking you behind the scenes of what I'm actually doing at 51 — the products I use, the routines I'm trying, what I'm doing to get stronger, and most importantly, WHY I'm doing any of it.

We'll talk about skincare, supplements, gut health, metabolic support, healthy aging, my vibration plate, my new 100-day strength challenge and plenty more.

For those who don't know my whole story, I'm not only the owner of Eagle Eye Farm. I'm also a physician, a mom and a complete science nerd. I love understanding the why behind the things I choose to do.

And I'm at a point in my life where I've decided I'm nowhere near done.

I want to know how strong, healthy and capable I can become in this next chapter.

You don't have to buy anything. Come learn. Ask questions. Or honestly, just come be nosy and see what I'm doing. 😂

We start Friday and go through Sunday. I'd love to have you there. ❤️

Evermore and Folklore, mother and daughter alpacas, at Eagle Eye Farm

Meanwhile at the Farm… Meet Bentley 🐾

If you've been following us on social media lately, you may have noticed a certain four-legged employee showing up more and more often.

Meet Bentley.

Bentley is our lovable — and incredibly stubborn — fluffy Frenchie farm dog who seems to have decided that Eagle Eye Farm is actually her farm and the rest of us simply work here. 😂

She has opinions. She has favorite animals. She has things she absolutely refuses to do. And she's quickly becoming one of the biggest personalities at Eagle Eye Farm.

We're going to start letting you get to know Bentley a little better — along with some of the other characters who call Eagle Eye Farm home.

Because with more than 130 animals here, we've realized something:

You know what our animals look like. We want you to start knowing who they ARE.

And Bentley seemed like a pretty good place to start. ❤️
