Every parent knows the birthday party struggle. You want something special, something different, something that isn't the same trampoline park your kid has been to six times this year. Hear me out: what if the guest list included alpacas, goats and a couple of kangaroos?

Why a farm party just works

Kids love animals. Grown-ups love animals. And nobody has ever left a farm party saying, "Well, that was boring." With more than 130 animals across 14 species, there's something for every kind of kid, whether they're obsessed with fluffy bunnies, can't get enough of the pigs, or want to see a porcupine up close.

Plus, the farm does the entertaining for you. You don't need to plan games or hire a magician. The goats will provide plenty of comedy on their own.

What a farm party looks like

Every one of our party packages includes a private guided tour of the farm, so your group gets its own guide who can show the birthday kid and their friends around, share fun facts and answer every single question. (And there will be a lot of questions.) Every package also includes time in our party room for cake, presents and refueling.

Want to make it extra memorable? Level up to a Kangaroo Party or a Porcupine Party. Imagine your kid's face when they find out they get to meet a kangaroo on their birthday. Yeah. Core memory unlocked.

Tips for a smooth party day

  • Book early. Weekends fill up, especially in the warmer months.
  • Dress for the weather. We're outdoors a lot, and the farm runs rain, shine or snow.
  • Wear comfy shoes. It's a working farm with some uneven ground.
  • Bring wipes and hand sanitizer. Animal time first, then cake. Trust me on the order.
  • Charge your phone. You're going to want pictures. So many pictures.

Not just for kids

Here's a little secret: plenty of grown-ups celebrate birthdays here too. If you know someone who would rather hang out with alpacas than go out to dinner, we get it. We're the same way.

Clean, easy and close to home

We're about 35 to 40 minutes from Minneapolis-St. Paul in River Falls, Wisconsin, with free parking on site. And yes, parents always notice how clean the farm is. Our crew picks up after the animals multiple times a day, so you can focus on the fun.

Let's get the party started

Head to our birthday parties page for the details and to book, or email kerri@eagleeyefarm.net to start planning. The animals are already practicing their best "Happy Birthday" faces.
